RWS implemented Phase 1 of the C19RM KP Grant to strengthen HIV prevention, testing, and linkage services for transgender communities in Delhi‑NCR. The project focused on HIV testing referrals, ART linkage, SRHR services, and mental health support through community‑based support groups. RWS also conducted advocacy and sensitization meetings with health providers and government departments to promote rights‑based access to services. A key achievement was the formation of transgender‑specific Self‑Help Groups (SHGs) to advance economic empowerment and community leadership.
