Phase 2 of the C19RM KP Grant focused on deepening community engagement and strengthening health service linkages for transgender communities and other key populations. RWS expanded SRHR, NCD, mental health, and STI screening services while re‑engaging community volunteers and forming a new SHG. The project also prioritized leadership development and conducted advocacy meetings with SACS, the Social Welfare Department, and the Transgender Welfare Board to advance inclusive health systems.
