Phase 2 of the C19RM KP Grant deepened community engagement and strengthened health‑service linkages for transgender communities and other key populations in Delhi‑NCR. RWS expanded access to SRHR, NCD, mental health, and STI screening services while re‑engaging community volunteers and forming an additional transgender‑led Self‑Help Group (SHG). The project prioritised leadership development and conducted targeted advocacy with SACS, the Social Welfare Department, and the Transgender Welfare Board to advance inclusive, rights‑based health systems. These efforts strengthened community ownership, improved service uptake, and reinforced sustainable pathways for community‑led health interventions.
