RWS enables individuals and partners to sponsor transgender persons and people living with HIV, helping them access essential services such as healthcare, gender‑affirming support, nutrition, legal aid, Educational support / skill building and crisis care. Across all projects, we invest in building second‑ and third‑line leadership among transgender community members and PLHIV through structured training and mentorship.
