Under the SSHAKTI Project, RWS strengthened HIV care and treatment outcomes for PLHIV by tracking lost‑to‑follow‑up clients, improving viral load testing coverage, and enhancing coordination with ART centres. The project supported PLHIV through support group meetings, performance review sessions, and community outreach. Additional achievements included livelihood training for PLHIV girls in makeup artistry and leadership development for community volunteers, building a strong second line of grassroots leaders.
