Under the SSHAKTI Project, RWS strengthened HIV care and treatment outcomes for people living with HIV by tracking lost‑to‑follow‑up clients, improving viral load testing coverage, and enhancing coordination with ART centres. The project supported PLHIV through regular support group meetings, performance review sessions, and targeted community outreach. It also expanded opportunities for economic empowerment through livelihood training for adolescent PLHIV girls in makeup artistry. A key achievement was the leadership development of community volunteers, building a strong second line of grassroots leaders who now play an active role in sustaining community‑led HIV interventions.
